Individual Therapy
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, perfectionism, relationship stress, work stress, family expectations, boundary-setting, or major life transitions, individual therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and find relief. It is my mission to help you better understand yourself, improve coping skills, and create healthier patterns in your daily life and relationships.
My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and meaningful growth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently challenged as you work toward positive change and cultivate the life you want. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

Couples Therapy
You might be in a relationship crisis, at an inflection point, facing a transition, or be frustrated with stale patterns and dynamics. That is a lot to carry. I’m here to help you gain clarity on your relationship while providing tools to navigate the future.
My approach to relationship therapy helps couples increase awareness of their communication styles, attachment patterns, shared values, emotional needs, views on intimacy and sex, and relationship strengths. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics that may be creating distance and develop healthier ways to connect, communicate, and grow as partners. My work is informed by my training in the Gottman Method (Level 2), an evidence-based therapy designed to help couples.
Let’s work together to rediscover the connection, closeness, and appreciation you felt at the beginning of your relationship while building new patterns that support long-term growth and fulfillment.
Areas of focus
Anxiety
Here's a controversial take: anxiety is not always a bad thing. While it can sometimes show up as an enemy, it can also be an ally. Together, let's explore your relationship to anxiety and see how we can change it to reduce your stress levels.
Relationships
Our relationships have huge impacts on our overall mental health, and if something is not working, let's talk about it. Whether you want to meet with your partners or individually, let's explore your relationship dynamics and how to make them healthier. I have completed Level 2 in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. I would love to meet you and fine-tune your treatment to meet the needs of your situation.
Entertainment Industry
Working in the entertainment industry can be like riding a roller coaster: highs, lows, loops, drops, splashes of water, mechanical problems, nausea, you name it. Believe me, I know. I spent 15 years working in it. I understand the challenges of balancing creativity, business, and friendships against a high-stakes atmosphere.
LGBTQIA+
In a culture that is often invalidating or othering, I aim to provide a safe, affirming space for clients to embrace their sexual and gender identities. As a gay man and a parent, I know the struggle firsthand of what it can mean to be yourself in a society that is not always friendly.
Parenting
As a parent myself, I understand how much joy and how many challenges can come from every step of parenthood. From before the baby comes to rolling with developmental changes, I am here to help. Together, we’ll explore strategies that help strengthen your relationship with your child while reducing stress and fostering a more balanced family dynamic.
I also have a unique insight into what it’s like to have children via surrogacy, particularly for the LGBTQIA+ folks.
Identity, Values & Authenticity
It can be challenging to be who we want to be when we are trying to live up to the expectations of society, family, friends, bosses, you name it. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate and recognize their values and strengths so that they can be their most authentic selves.
